About the Team and Role We're seeking a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Manager to join our DashPass team, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth. As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing growth and quality initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven decision-making. You'll be working closely with various teams across blithequark, including Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Design, to build, launch, and scale new opportunities.
