Assist customers with their orders, provide product suggestions, and handle special requests with ease and professionalism. Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in all aspects of your work, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, resolving any issues with a smile. Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a composed and friendly demeanor even during the busiest periods. Build strong, trustful relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits. Maintain product displays and stock according to merchandising standards, ensuring an appealing store environment. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Starbucks Barista at Workwarp, you'll need: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and engaging with customers one-on-one. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task. Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive body language and eye contact. Comfort with using electronic equipment related to bakery, deli, and beverage preparation. The physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualities and experiences can enhance your application: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, particularly in a coffee shop or café setting.
