Job Summary In this critical role, you will be part of the Online Pick and Delivery (OPD) Product team, which is a vital component of Walmart's omni-channel strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of partners in developing and implementing solutions to satisfy digital orders across the company's vast network of retail stores. You will be expected to drive cross-functional leadership and partner alignment across various teams, including Technology, Business, Design, and Product partners. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will be essential in informing key decisions and driving business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth Drive cross-functional leadership and partner alignment across various teams, including Technology, Business, Design, and Product partners Conduct exploratory data analysis to gain a deeper understanding of the problem and its impact on key metrics Define vision and strategies for your product, utilizing area expertise, internal and external best practices, and unlocking key new capabilities to deliver value to customers, partners, and the company Evangelize a product thinking culture to deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization Manage and execute on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for meaningful insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities Integrate insights, proactively share recommendations and suggestions on new product opportunities to win Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and aligning product roadmaps, and obtaining buy-in from senior management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 8 or more years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering results Experience managing product lifecycle, from conception to launch Data-driven, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams Retail product experience is a plus, as is experience with Scene/SQL Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Master's degree in a relevant field 10 or more years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends Strong technical skills, with experience working with data analytics tools and technologies Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive business outcomes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong technical skills, with experience working with data analytics tools and technologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Walmart, we are committed to providing our associates with opportunities for career growth and development.
