**Key Responsibilities**
As a Specialist II, Revenue Accounting, you'll be responsible for performing fundamental accounting functions, including:
* Reviewing accounting data to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Processing refund claims and updating journal vouchers in a timely manner
* Investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies, including communication with external contacts as necessary
* Completing data entry of accounting information with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Modifying and reviewing daily passenger ticket and ancillary refund requests
* Distributing and storing month-end closing statistics reports
* Performing various tasks and ad-hoc activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager to support the department's/organization's achievement of goals and business objectives
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or GED equivalency; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field is preferred
* Aircraft/travel industry accounting experience is an asset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Knowledge of general accounting principles and systems
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
* Intelligent and analytical ability to reason and problem-solve
