Key Responsibilities Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service to achieve the best resolution for the customer. Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products or services offered. Utilize analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills, ensuring that customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Essential Qualifications Fluency in Spanish (communication level) - native or near-native proficiency required. Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a strong desire to help customers and resolve their issues. Patient, empathetic, and eager to help, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure.
