Job Overview: As a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner. You'll provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions. You'll also assist customers in troubleshooting issues, guiding them through potential solutions and escalating complex matters to higher-level support when necessary.
