About the Role As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our customers in their journey. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
