* Following scripting tools to ensure that all required information is obtained from patients and healthcare providers

**Minimum Qualifications:**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* 2-4 years of high-volume customer service experience in a healthcare setting
* Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish
* Proficiency with scheduling functions and computer software, including data entry and other related tasks
* A high school diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

**Preferred Qualifications:**
