**Job Overview**

As a Spanish bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, creating a schedule that works best for you within client hours of operation. Our contractors enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the freedom to manage their own time and workload.

**Schedule and Earnings**

The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with opportunities to create a schedule that suits your needs. Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* **Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish**: You will be interacting with customers in both languages, so it's essential that you have strong communication skills in both languages.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**

To perform this role, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

* **Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11**: You will need to have one of these operating systems installed on your computer.

* **Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication**: You will need a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad to authenticate with our system.

To perform this role, you will need to meet the following work environment requirements:

**Contractual Relationship**

The relationship between you and careerzynith is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with careerzynith. careerzynith will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with careerzynith. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
