Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. 4+ years of experience in developing automation solutions with programming languages like UiPath, JavaScript, Google Applications Content, Python, SQL, and Jira. A strong background in business process improvement and requirements gathering, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for automation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand the technical implications of business decisions and requests.
