You will work closely with our Manager - Labor Systems Data Solutions to design, develop, and implement data systems and processes that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary of $25 to $30 an hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks that will help you live your best life. **Key Responsibilities** As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Following established software development methodologies and testing procedures to ensure high-quality solutions * Providing timely and accurate results for clients, including data analysis and reporting * Maintaining a strong understanding of IT technology and trends, including attending seminars, education events, and reading relevant journals and technical documentation * Developing and maintaining a deep knowledge of data integration technologies currently in use * Participating in "agile methodology" projects to drive continuous improvement * Providing high-level estimates based on initial requirements * Breaking down complex problems into smaller, testable tasks * Understanding, recommending, and implementing strong reporting and analytic architectures * Building balanced and extensible solutions that require minimal resources to maintain * Developing excellent, user-friendly solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders * Collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets * Leading and prioritizing multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment * Participating in on-call rotations and cross-functional sustainment tasks with the team **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1+ years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language * 1+ years of experience working with data technology, such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar * Ability to think strategically and analyze data * Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and complete task obligations in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Ability to handle sensitive data and resolve conflicts effectively * Initiative to achieve results despite uncertainty by being proactive, self-motivating, and autonomous **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, it would be great if you also have: * Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net) * Validated experience with Visual Studio or similar IDE (Integrated Development Environment) * Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science-related field or equivalent experience **Additional Information** At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive rewards package that will help you live your best life.
