**Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region**

Our company culture is built on the values of innovation, drive, and relationship-building, and we're committed to providing our team members with the support, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed. **The Role** As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline, working with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day) * Follow up with existing leads and clients (2 hours/day) * Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day) * Close sales and meet your performance targets (1.5 hours/day) * Manage your daily tasks and communicate with your team (30 minutes/day) **Requirements** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months) * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our team members and providing them with the opportunities they need to grow and develop their careers.
