About the Role: Social Media Chat Sales Representative As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a highly skilled team that works closely with our clients to sell coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary objective will be to start authentic conversations, build relationships, and close sales. You will work closely with our client success team to achieve this goal and will be speaking on behalf of our clients on their social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Follow up with leads and respond to messages (approximately 2 hours a day) Contribute to organic account growth through engaging content and strategic posting (approximately 2 hours a day) Reply to active leads and close sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day) Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the team (approximately 30 minutes a day) Requirements and Qualifications To be part of our team, you will need to meet the following requirements: Advanced or native English skills (C1-C2 level) Desire to earn a stable income in USD A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone Stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends) Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil No previous experience is required, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills and have a strong interest in learning, making money, and working in a fast-paced environment.
