About the Role
As a Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will be speaking on behalf of one of our clients, a Business Coach, and will be responsible for managing their social media presence and generating sales. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home and provides a stable income in USD.

Key Responsibilities

Starting new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms
Following up with leads and closing sales
Organic account growth and management
Replying to active leads and managing daily communication tasks
Collaborating with our teams to achieve sales targets and grow our client's business


Requirements
To be part of our team, you will need to have an Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English, a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone, a stable internet connection, and full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends). You should be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil and have proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles. You should also be 100% confident in your English skills and have a high interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error.

Essential Qualifications

Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
Located in Latin America or Brazil
