The Role: Social Media Sales Representative As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be working closely with our client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary objective will be to speak on behalf of our clients, a Business Coach, and drive sales through engaging conversations and strategic follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Starting new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Following up with leads to close sales and build relationships (approximately 2 hours a day) Organic account growth and management to expand our reach (approximately 2 hours a day) Replying to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day) Management and daily communication tasks to ensure seamless team collaboration (approximately 30 minutes a day) Requirements and Qualifications To be part of our team, you'll need to have: Advanced or Native (C1-C2) level of English A strong desire to earn an income in USD A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone A stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) Residency in any country in Latin America or Brazil Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles 100% confidence in your English skills What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
