About the Role
As a social media sales representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients, building relationships, and selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will work closely with our client success team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Your day-to-day activities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, replying to active leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms
Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales
Grow organic accounts through engaging content and strategic planning
Reply to active leads and close sales
Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the client success team


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an advanced or native level of English (C1-C2), a strong desire to work in sales, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. You will also need to have a fully working desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection. Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) is required, and you must be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil.

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months)
Experience working from home and managing your time effectively
A high level of motivation and commitment to learning and growing with the company
