Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and digital engagement, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our customer support and engagement strategies


Essential Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, social media management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement
Proficiency in social media management tools and software, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
