About the Role We are seeking an experienced Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through social media channels. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the customer support team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and concerns, and provide insights and recommendations to the team to improve our products and services Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including our renewable energy solutions and sustainable technologies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our customer support services Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or marketing 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or renewable energy context Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Knowledge of social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to improve customer support services Certification in customer service or a related field, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
