Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support through social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the customer experience team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and concerns, and escalate issues to the relevant teams as needed
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, and provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
Analyze customer feedback and concerns, and provide insights and recommendations to the customer experience team to improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service
At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or remote work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
