Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or online customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual customer service environment. Knowledge of customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk. Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving customer service. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
