**Job Summary**

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences across our social media channels. You'll be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.

**Responsibilities**

* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across careerzynith's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
* Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
* Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
* Stay up-to-date with careerzynith's brand and content, including new releases, promotions, and events.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in social media customer support.

**Qualifications**

* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
