**Role**

As a Social Media Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing our social media support team and assisting our amazing guests/potential guests with their social media inquiries. You'll be the face of careerzynith on social media, providing prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and issues across multiple channels.

**Responsibilities**

- Respond to inquiries and comments across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Ensure all client inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally across multiple channels
- Develop a thorough understanding of our magical experiences and ensure the appropriate actions are taken to resolve guests' problems and concerns
- Maintain records of client interactions with inquiry details, complaints, or comments
- Attend and participate in department and/or company meetings

**Requirements**

- Minimum of 1 year of social media client support experience or a similar role
- Previous CRM and social media management software experience (Agora experience preferred)
- Intermediate technical skills (Windows/Mac, Office Suite, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to adapt and learn new software easily
- Reliable computer with Very Fast Internet (THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION!)
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and organized approach to work
- Resourceful and diligent in research
- Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals
- High level of emotional intelligence
