Manage and optimize our YouTube channel for growth and engagement, including developing strategies to increase subscribers, views, and watch time.
Develop creative content calendars and schedule posts across platforms, ensuring consistency and coherence in our messaging and visual identity.
Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to improve our content strategy and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media and digital marketing.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on content effectiveness, using data to inform our content strategy and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with our team to maintain a consistent and on-brand voice, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand values and messaging.


Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience running or contributing to a YouTube channel or social media brand, as well as proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar. You should also have a strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategies, as well as the ability to create compelling, high-quality visual content.
