Job Summary We're seeking an experienced SoC System Level Test Product Development Engineer to join our Apple Silicon Thing/Test Innovative work package. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the development and plan of a new class of analyzers, along with the integration of revamped test hardware for our chipsets. Your responsibilities will include detailed coordination across multi-disciplinary teams and external suppliers to ensure the availability and quality of fundamental hardware at our partners' plants, primarily in Asia. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the implementation of System Level Test (SLT) test programs from NPI to HVM for Apple SOCs Lead the overall deployment of SLT at OSATs, working closely with GSM and Test Planning teams Collaborate with internal test teams, Product Planning, QA, Product Management, and SW development teams to resolve silicon and hardware issues Manage suppliers for hardware developments of equipment infrastructure (new SLT gear and modified system level test accessories) Support device capability practices working with mechanical assembly suppliers, OSAT, Apple TE, and QA teams Review new product testability and operability on SLT planning with internal and external teams Drive multiple suppliers and stakeholders, working with cross-functional teams and delivering reports Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline) At least 2+ years of relevant industry experience in SoC design, test development, or a related field Strong understanding of SoC designs and semiconductor manufacturing processes Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Perl) and high-level languages (e.g., C#/C/C++ or Visual Basic with .NET framework) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues and challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with SoC research, validation, and test package interfaces Knowledge of electronic design basics and experience with design-for-test (DFT) concepts Familiarity with Apple-specific tools and methodologies Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
