This is a hands‑on role for someone who is already an expert in Owner Rez and other key short‑term rental tools, and who can take ownership of tasks without requiring extensive training. What You’ll Do: • Manage and optimize property listings across Owner Rez , bolthires , and VRBO . • Onboard new properties, ensuring listings are complete, accurate, and optimized for bookings. • Handle guest communications professionally and promptly. • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure properties are guest‑ready. • Use Price Labs , Turno , and Happy Guest to manage pricing, scheduling, and guest interactions. • Take initiative to streamline processes and improve property performance. Who You Are: • Highly experienced with Owner Rez – beyond basic functions, you understand the platform deeply and can troubleshoot or improve workflows independently. • Strong knowledge of bolthires and VRBO operations. • Confident using Price Labs , Turno , and Happy Guest (Price Labs expertise is a major plus). • Proven experience onboarding properties, managing listings, and coordinating short‑term rental operations. • A proactive, self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
