**Responsibilities**
As a Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Manage product listings on the Shopify platform**: Ensure that all product information is accurate and up-to-date, including product descriptions, prices, and images.
* **Process customer orders promptly and accurately**: Handle customer orders from start to finish, including processing payments, updating order statuses, and resolving any issues that may arise.
* **Update inventory levels regularly**: Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date to avoid overselling and ensure that customers receive their orders on time.
* **Provide light customer service duties**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Adhere to data entry standards**: Maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records, ensuring that data entry is accurate and efficient.
* **Assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow**: Collaborate with the e-commerce operations team to implement best practices and improve processes to ensure seamless order processing and data management.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms**: You'll need to have hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including managing product listings, processing orders, and updating inventory levels.
* **Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing**: You'll need to be meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring that data entry is accurate and efficient, and that orders are processed promptly and accurately.
