Job Overview This is a remote position based in Colorado, offering a unique chance to work from anywhere in the state. As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, utilizing chat tools and following our standard operating procedures. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and incident management will be essential in ensuring the highest level of service to our users. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems, using diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse mobile device makes and models. Install myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods. Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our required tracking system, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution. Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall user experience and service delivery. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications: One year of professional experience in an occupational field related to mobile application support, or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android, and experience with diagnostic tools and mobile device troubleshooting. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Jira, ITIL Certification, Agile and scrum methodology, and government work experience. Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store, as well as experience with a range of mobile device makes and models. Training or Certification related to mobile application support, incident management, or customer service.
