About the Role: Remote Chat Support Agent We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote Chat Support Agent to work from home and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll engage with clients via live chat, assist with inquiries about our SEO and public relations services, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience. Your primary responsibility will be to help clients understand and make the most of Warrior PR's offerings, contributing directly to their satisfaction and success. Primary Responsibilities Prompt and Professional Client Engagement: Interact with clients via live chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service. Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries. Clear Communication of Services: Provide clients with clear and concise explanations of our SEO, media relations, and reputation management services. Guide clients through the various options available and help them make informed decisions. Efficient Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic problems, clarify service details, and escalate complex concerns when necessary. Deliver solutions that meet client needs, contributing to overall satisfaction and trust in Warrior PR. Comprehensive Documentation of Interactions: Accurately record each chat session, including client inquiries, issues discussed, and solutions provided. Maintain detailed records to support continuity of service and ensure consistent, high-quality support. Identifying Opportunities for Additional Services: Recognize opportunities to recommend additional services that align with client business goals. Suggest upgrades or complementary services, such as advanced SEO strategies or enhanced media relations options. Staying Current with Service Changes: Participate in regular training sessions, review internal updates, and continually expand your knowledge to ensure you provide the most relevant and accurate information to clients. Candidate Requirements We're welcoming candidates with experience in customer service or chat support, especially those familiar with PR, SEO, or digital marketing fields. While prior experience is not strictly required, we value a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and dedication to delivering exceptional service. Key Skills and Qualifications Strong Written Communication Skills: Convey information clearly, professionally, and with a focus on meeting client needs through live chat.
