We operate within the broader arenaflex Delivery Experience design organization, working closely with teams focused on operational and transportation experiences critical to the success of the holistic delivery journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior UX Designer on our team, you'll be responsible for: * **Innovative Idea Generation**: Develop and launch new ideas and step-change improvements that raise the bar on customer experience with delivery. * **Customer Advocacy**: Effectively advocate and design for the customer through objective data such as market analysis, customer insights, technical constraints/opportunities, and business insights. * **Collaboration and Partnership**: Partner closely with business and development teams to plan and balance immediate changes with long-term, scalable solutions. * **Design and Prototyping**: Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to effectively concept and communicate detailed interaction behaviors that support decision making and development. * **Validation and Optimization**: Assess and optimize the effectiveness of new and existing features by proactively planning, performing, and advocating validation techniques like usability testing, user research, and interpreting analytic data. * **Presentation and Communication**: Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executive leaders. **About the Team** Our Amazon Delivery's Customer Experience team (ADX CX) is a diverse group of designers and researchers who share our experiences and help each other succeed. We champion the customer voice (spoken and unspoken) through objective insights that inform the collective design and increase customer empathy across arenaflex. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **8+ years of design experience**: A strong background in UX design, with a proven track record of developing and launching new ideas and step-change improvements. * **Available online portfolio**: A portfolio that showcases your design skills, experience, and achievements. * **User data acquisition and analysis**: Experience acquiring user data through usability studies, user research, and creating personas and journey maps. * **Hands-on visual design**: Experience with visual design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar. * **Best practices for Product and Experience Design**: Experience with best practices for Product and Experience Design, including User Interfaces, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * **Scrum experience**: Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes. * **Complex workflow design**: Experience designing complex workflows. * **Customer-facing retail products**: Experience designing customer-facing retail products. **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.
