Job Overview The Senior Technology Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex by developing technology analysis and tools for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This role combines technical skills using tools like Scene, Alteryx, and Power BI with effective communication and strategic partnerships to enable effective "data storytelling" and provide insights to Innovation initiatives across various dimensions. Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and seek out and quickly capitalize on opportunities to achieve more or to improve Estimate effort and value for solutions Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/models Verify information and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance identification processes in technology work Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction on a regular and consistent basis Monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the proper level of priority, visibility, and escalation May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Managers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement Advanced knowledge of technical architectures Advanced knowledge of software development approaches Skilled in effective partnering, communication, and negotiation in working with different Teams as well as external partners Ability to analyze large, complex, or unknown Business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into suitable solution proposals Ability to work effectively in a strong team/support-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a similar role or industry Advanced degree or certifications in a relevant field Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Scene Experience working in an agile development environment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, including proficiency in tools such as Scene, Alteryx, and Power BI Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
