Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect on our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer listening strategy.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of this technique, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile Technology team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
* Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform.
* Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
* Utilize transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case levels.
* Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using our massive data ecosystem.
* Power consumer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
* Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
