**The Role**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our Utility Teams, Product and Process Owners, and Agile Teams in Technology to design, develop, and implement a robust Voice of the Customer methodology. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
* Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
* Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Providing expert guidance on leveraging big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels
* Offering recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
* Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, Development Life Cycle Management, and Troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
