Your expertise in statistics, data analysis, and data visualization will be instrumental in helping us make data-informed decisions and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC method * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform data-driven insights and business decisions * Design and build robust data models to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale statistics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) * Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity * Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Experience working with Agile methodologies, including small increments of a product introduced at daily intervals to business groups * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven insights * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large-scale data ecosystems, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases * Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or similar tools * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including predictive modeling, clustering, and decision trees * Experience with data governance and data quality tools, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation **What We Offer** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Support for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business needs * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career development and education opportunities **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Senior Statistics Architect looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
