Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

**The Challenge**
Our Customer Listening Team across GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses receives over 5 million surveys from clients each year, spanning consumer, business, and service provider segments. To effectively harness the power of these insights, we're seeking a Senior Statistics Architect to lead the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement a robust and scalable data architecture that enables real-time analytics and insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement commercial business needs
* Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
* Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
* Developing and implementing large-scale statistics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
* Providing guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborating with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and applications
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
