Our customer listening team is responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from clients through our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. This method involves designing and implementing surveys that include over 40 studies translated into more than 10 languages and deployed in over 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our VOC method, working closely with product and process owners, technical teams, and Agile crew members. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and lead the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for helping to improve and preserve our new VOC technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics. Your primary focus will be on working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs, growing knowledge of VOC methods, and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs * Grow knowledge of VOC methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions * Provide big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics * Experience with big data processing technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.) * Experience with machine learning and AI technologies * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
