**Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect on our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer listening strategy. **Join the Crew at blithequark** With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in transforming and innovating this technique, working closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and our Agile Technology team. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs * Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Provide big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles * Experience with data storytelling and communication of complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our colleagues and their loved ones thrive.
