About Our Voice of Customer Method Our Customer Listening Team across GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses is responsible for handling the stop-to-give up Voice of the Customer technique. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design and build robust records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. You will also help develop and preserve the new Voice of Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics.
