In this senior secretarial role, you will be responsible for performing advanced and complex administrative support functions, including data processing, document management, and communication. Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced data entry and document processing functions in automated systems to meet performance objectives
Create and maintain official records, including student and school records
Prepare and distribute documents according to specified requirements
Respond to walk-in, email, and telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Make travel arrangements, manage itineraries, and prepare expense and payroll reports
Maintain an organized office environment, protecting sensitive and confidential information
Access, retrieve, and store documents according to established file systems
Plan and coordinate special events or cyclical projects
Prepare and distribute mass communications and productivity reports
Perform general business and banking transactions, including managing cash receipts, preparing bank deposits, and reconciling accounts
Record and report student and employee attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with 60+ college credits, an Associate's degree, or specialized training or certification in a related area preferred
Three or more years of related and commendable work experience in an administrative support role
Advanced knowledge of office management procedures, data and document processing functions
Outstanding customer service, multi-tasking, time management, organization, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and interact professionally with others
Advanced proficiency in frequently used automated systems, including data entry and document management software
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, use good judgment, follow through on assigned tasks, and maintain confidentiality
