Deliver a "human-first" experience and resolve customer issues through voice and written interactions across chat, email, phone, and Doordash tools in a timely and accurate manner
Become a subject matter expert in Doordash products, both at a technical and customer use-case level
Identify opportunities to help customers maximize their value from Doordash and drive customer engagement and retention
Work with leadership to improve organizational efficiencies, share feedback, and implement best practices to drive customer value and growth
Collaborate with peer teams (Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, Maintenance, etc.) to drive customer engagement and retention
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of experience providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a focus on driving customer value and growth
Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support and driving customer satisfaction
Experience working with online software or SaaS products, or IT experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
Experience working with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.)

Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
