Job Overview and Key Responsibilities The Air4 Senior Product Owner will play a critical role in driving the success of our technology programs in support of the Air4 platform with Virgin Atlantic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the prioritization, planning, and implementation of these programs to enhance the customer experience. Your primary objectives will include: Building, maintaining, and sustaining business relationships with Delta and Virgin Atlantic stakeholders Coordinating prioritization and collaboration with leaders across commercial and operational teams at Delta related to Air4 functionality Obtaining leadership commitment to keep pace with Delta delivery and code + functional parity Supporting joint planning sessions between Virgin Atlantic and Delta to align on respective roadmaps Vetting all Virgin Atlantic change requests to the Air4 PSS system in conjunction with the VS PMO Drafting the Delta strategic plan, look ahead plan, and path to production that impacts VS Air4 systems every quarter Influencing production of Air4 priorities with IT, commercial, and operations leadership Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 6+ years of experience in business-to-technology product management, budgeting, translations, and implementation 4+ years of experience in developing analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise, and understandable way to peers, cross-divisional team members, and all levels of internal and external management Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and negotiating skills Exceptional consensus-building and motivational skills Financial and commercial acumen Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Master's degree and/or 7+ years of proven experience in large-scale project management and implementation, technology development, business development, operations, forecasting, and strategy, and/or related experience Experience in negotiating with foreign companies highly desirable Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Delta Air Lines, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
