Delivery & Execution (30%) : Drive product development, review performance, and direct work efforts to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. This involves resolving issues, guiding product design, and analyzing product metrics to inform strategic decisions. People Management (30%) : Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers, attract and retain top talent, and foster collaboration among team members to drive value and resolve impediments. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a combination of the following qualifications: Minimum Qualifications : Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications : 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably in a modern software development environment.
