As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and directing global frameworks, processes, and systems to drive cost savings, revenue growth, and improved customer satisfaction. You'll lead a team of professionals in achieving operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement global frameworks, processes, and systems to drive business growth, cost savings, and improved customer satisfaction * Lead a team of professionals in achieving operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Develop and implement preventive measures to ensure compliance and system capability as planned, and establish business continuity plans that are effective * Ensure that customer responsibilities are quantifiably measured and reported, and that continuous improvement tools are used to target areas where customer retention is at risk * Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-functional process normalization and improvement * Perform, review, investigate, plan, execute, and circle back on all other responsibilities and initiatives as allocated * Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention within the market * Increase overall knowledge, support, and usage of the Quality Driven Management (QDM) approach, mastery, and certification, and implementation of QDM processes that result in business improvement **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
