**Experienced Senior Manager of Forecasting – Global Customer Service Capacity Planning**

We're a company that's driven by innovation, and we're constantly seeking talented individuals who share our passion for excellence. **The Role** As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering contact forecasts that will inform our global capacity planning solutions for our CS network. You'll lead a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, and will be responsible for their performance in ensuring low error contact forecasts to ensure service level delivery. This is a high-impact role that requires strong initiative, team leadership, project management, and quantitative skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries to develop short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple arenaflex markets * Lead the development of forecasting models and processes to ensure accurate and reliable forecasts * Collaborate with senior CS leadership to identify drivers for forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency * Provide regular updates to senior leadership on forecasting performance and identify areas for improvement * Lead and grow high-performing teams, and develop and implement strategies to improve team performance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling * Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management * Experience with SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools * Excellent communication skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner * Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Ability to manage team to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience * Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression * Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization * Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment * Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Natural curiosity and desire to learn **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a world-class e-commerce platform * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
