With a strong focus on customer experience, we are constantly looking for new ways to improve and expand our services, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve our goals. **The Role** As a Senior Manager-Customer Insights and Digital Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping the continued strategy for our Digital Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for analyzing customer engagement and measuring performance through Digital Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, and reporting on Customer Insights drawn from extensive UX Research, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Satisfaction survey analysis.
