Experienced Senior Learning Specialist for Innovative Customer Service Training and Development at arenaflex

The arenaflex Business Customer Service (ABCS) Learning Delivery team is at the forefront of this mission, seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Learning Specialist to join their ranks. As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, ensuring they receive the best possible training to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities and Expectations The primary focus of this position is to deliver an outstanding training experience, fostering an optimal adult learning environment that promotes long-term success. This encompasses both in-person and virtual settings, utilizing a variety of learning modalities including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning. The ideal candidate will be adept at using quantitative and qualitative data to identify training needs, implement effective coaching strategies, and manage learning sessions with engagement and precision. Supervise and analyze structured learning metrics for assigned territories and regions, ensuring the effectiveness of training programs. Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for assigned territories, driving continuous improvement. Conduct learning sessions on new processes and deliver various training courses, including continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches. Maintain detailed data and analysis through reports in Excel, as per business requirements, to inform training strategies. Ensure timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement initiatives. Partner with operational stakeholders as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team, fostering collaboration and alignment. Identify, develop, and certify learning coaches to enhance the team's capabilities. Lead individual improvement projects aimed at enhancing business performance, focusing on quality and learning metrics. Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. Essential Qualifications for Success To excel in this role, candidates should possess: At least 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles, with a proven track record of success. 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related work, understanding the nuances of customer-facing roles. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and familiarity with instructional software. High accuracy and fluency in Japanese and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Flexibility to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across various time zones, adapting to the dynamic nature of customer service. Knowledge of adult learning principles, content design, and facilitation techniques to create engaging training experiences. Preferred Qualifications for Enhanced Candidacy Candidates with the following qualifications will be highly competitive: Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position, demonstrating expertise in training delivery and development. Project management skills, with the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high quality. A strong ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
