About the Role
We are recruiting a highly skilled and motivated Senior GL Bookkeeper who will work closely with our existing team to drive process improvements and ensure accurate reporting of working costs. As a key member of our Bookkeeping team, you will report to our Senior Accounting Supervisor and play a vital role in achieving our business objectives. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and contribute to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
Be a key owner of the monthly close process for our company and foreign entities for explicitly assigned functional areas
Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Consolidated financial statements using accepted methodologies
Assist with providing forecasts to external auditors on annual audits and quarterly reviews
Communicate with FP&A, operational partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
Conduct ad-hoc investigations and projects to further our process improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, SOX/internal controls
Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification is a plus
Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
Excellent communication, oral, and written interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English
Strong analytical and time management skills
