Key Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
Be a key owner of the monthly close process for assigned regions and entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Maintain financial records for management and GAAP consolidated financial statements using accepted methodologies
Assist in providing audit support to external auditors on annual audits and quarterly reviews
Communicate with FP&A, operational partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
Conduct ad-hoc investigations and projects to drive process improvement initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
2+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification a plus
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, SOX/internal controls
Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite, or similar accounting software
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, think critically, and make sound judgments
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
