Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at arenaflex Parks, Experiences, and Products (PEP) Florida Finance group. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to analyze metrics and trends to understand business outcomes, provide key insights to new business models and initiatives, and drive growth and improvement in the guest experience. You will work closely with operations, business leaders, and partners to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Join a high-performing finance team dedicated to influencing the guest experience through in-depth and innovative analysis, supporting various business areas such as Theme Park Attractions, Hotel Operations, Live Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Imagineering, Gift Cards, Technology, Marketing and Sales, Maintenance, arenaflex Vacation Club, arenaflex Cruise Line, Store Operations, Special Events, and Consumer Products. Collaborate with partners across the business to review financial results, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. Support forecasting, planning, and short- and long-term business planning, including the development of financial models and analysis to inform business decisions. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to senior leadership, including VPs and Senior VPs, on business opportunities and challenges. Develop and present detailed analysis and recommendations to senior leadership, including cases for new business opportunities such as new attractions, hotels, cruise line programs, and special events. Communicate complex analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing, to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Essential Qualifications At least 2+ years of experience in statistical, financial, or strategic analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and data analysis. Knowledge of financial modeling, including the ability to secure, organize, and analyze large datasets, and to develop and maintain complex financial models. Ability to communicate complex analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing, and to "tell a story" with data to engage and influence stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to think critically and solve problems. Normal curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, with a passion for taking on new challenges and opportunities. Ability to work in a team environment, both in-person and virtually, with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate and support others. Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform work responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision. A Graduate degree in a quantitative field, an MBA, or a CPA is preferred, with experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
