**Experienced Senior Engineer – Aircraft Maintenance and Designing Operations**

As a Senior Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing maintenance and repair procedures that ensure our aircraft are airworthy and meet the highest standards of quality. **Why you'll love this job** As a Senior Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs and modifications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturers, regulatory specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs meet the latest industry standards and regulations. You'll also have the chance to develop and implement new procedures, create customized methods and guidelines, and provide technical guidance to colleagues and clients. **Key responsibilities** * Conduct training sessions for Specialists in areas of expertise * Serve as a mentor and guide to other Engineers * Lead project teams and facilitate issue resolution * Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory specialists to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations * Develop customized methods and guidelines for repairs, modifications, and other maintenance activities * Analyze aircraft and part issues that may cause delays or disruptions, and develop effective solutions * Provide technical support to Maintenance and other carrier divisions as needed * Create activity plans for fleet and multi-fleet maintenance projects, and ensure timely completion * Coordinate with other aircraft divisions to ensure effective and efficient execution of maintenance procedures * Develop and maintain documentation to support maintenance activities, including repair manuals and technical reports * Stay up-to-date with current and emerging regulations, and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant requirements **What you'll need for success** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or a related field * A&P license * 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction **What you'll get** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage * Virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * 401(k) program with employer matching contributions * Employee assistance program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, and travel * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion **Join the blithequark team** If you're passionate about aviation, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
