Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse and Analytics to lead our efforts in detecting and preventing adversarial abuse on our platform. As a key member of our Trust and Safety team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, and more. You will work closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to develop and implement effective solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats and to improve our overall platform safety. Key Responsibilities Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and removing malicious actors attempting to compromise user accounts, spread spam, and engage in other forms of abuse Develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent adversarial abuse, using data-driven insights and machine learning models Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create policies that effectively address emerging threats and to develop guidelines for user behavior Manage a team of analysts and engineers to develop and implement tools and systems to detect and prevent adversarial abuse Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform product development and policy decisions Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Engineering, and Policy teams Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and threats in the industry, and develop strategies to address them Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) At least 4 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or a related field At least 2 years of experience working with data analysis and machine learning models At least 2 years of experience leading teams and managing complex projects Strong understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) Experience with SQL, R, or Matlab Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging threats Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
